These terms apply to your use of clouddimex.com (the "website"), which is run by Cloud Dimex LTD ("Cloud Dimex", "we", "us") of 7, John Ijeh Close, Okota, Lagos State, Nigeria. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Using the website
You may view, download and print pages for your own information or for your business, as long as you keep any copyright notices. You must not:

We keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete or current at all times.
Our services and quotes
Nothing on the website is an offer to provide services. Every project or support arrangement is agreed in a written proposal or contract that sets out the scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities, and that document takes priority over anything on the website.
Our fees are quoted in naira. The charges for your use of Amazon Web Services are billed by AWS, usually in US dollars, directly to your own AWS account, and are separate from our fees unless a proposal says otherwise.
Enquiries, chat and consultations
Sending the contact form, starting a chat or booking a consultation does not create a contract between you and us. Response times shown on the website, such as a reply within one business day, are our aim and not a guarantee. Please do not send passwords, access keys or other confidential credentials through the website; we will ask for access in a secure way if a project needs it.
Intellectual property
The Cloud Dimex name and logo, and the text, graphics and design of the website, belong to Cloud Dimex LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them without our written permission.

AWS Certification badges belong to Amazon Web Services and are shown only to describe certifications held by members of our team. We are not endorsed by Amazon. Our AWS Partner Network registration is in progress, and the website makes no claim of an AWS partnership until it is approved.
Third party services and links
The website uses third party services, such as Web3Forms for the contact form, hCaptcha for spam protection, Google Analytics (with your consent) and Zoho SalesIQ for chat, and links to other websites such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn and Instagram. Those services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses; please use up to date security software.
To the extent allowed by Nigerian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business, data or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law, such as liability for fraud. Our liability for consulting services is set out in the contract for those services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you use the website apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, have jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
